WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I, the undersigned, on my own behalf or on behalf of any principal for whom I may be an agent, actual or apparent, assert that I have thoroughly inspected the premises I/we am contracting to use.  I assert that I am knowledgeable of my/our requirements and that I have found no hidden dangers associated with the facility which might impact my/our event.  Based on my inspection, I find the facility suits the purposes for which it is being rented.  Further, I accept all the rules and regulations of the Kentucky Equestrian Center and any organization with whom the Kentucky Equestrian Center is affiliated.  I/We hereby waive all claims against the Kentucky Equestrian Foundation, its board of directors and the Kentucky Equestrian Center management of any type whatsoever, whether the same be for damages, loss of value or reputation or any other claim of any type for loss to myself/ourselves, the animal exhibited, any vehicle, and other article, or any other person under my/our supervision and control.  I agree to require any participant at my/our event to inspect the premises upon their arrival and to sign a similar waiver.  A copy of such waiver shall be provided the Kentucky Equestrian Center.  I/We also waive any claims arising out of errors involving booking or record keeping.
