Exhibit Building and parking area $ 350.00

  • This building can be used for indoor vendor/food court/reception area, addition portable stall area, or small indoor arena.. Floor is concrete but can be changed to dirt upon request for an additional fee.

  • 5 permanent obstacles (bridge, gate, water feature, multi-level step-up platforms, and brush box step over)
  • Judge’s podium.
  • Other obstacles available for rent on a per obstacle basis $10.00 per obstacle

Cross Country Trail Course and parking area $175.00

Call for information on designing a course you may need for your event.

Stall Rental $25.00

  • 12 x 12 stall
  • 2 bags of shavings,
  • (contact booking agent for rental of 22 or more stalls)
  • wash areas provided at each barn

Stall Rental $20.00

  • 10 x 10 stall
  • 2 bags of shavings,
  • (contact booking agent for discounts for 22 or more stalls)
  • wash area provided at each barn

Environmental Waste Removal Charge $4.00 per stall

A one time per event charge per stall for clean up and removal of stall waste

Early Arrival Charge $20.00/$25.00

  • 10 x 10 ($20.00 ea)
  • 12 x 12 stall ($25.00 ea)
  • shavings included per contract on event
  • evening security

RV sites $ 20.00 (includes vendors pricing)

  • 30 amp service, water
  • 50 amp service available ( $2.00 additional)
  • NO PUMP STATION AVAILABLE (Local service available at renters cost) If vendors hook up to electric and/or water they will be charged the same rate at RV sites.

Horse Hotel

Temporary, non event, RV hook ups and stalls can be reserved based on available space. Charges will be levied at the regular RV and daily stall rental rates.

Extra Bedding/bag $ 6.50 (per bag)

10 x 10 foot tent rental $ 7.00

12 x 24 foot tent rental $15.00

(labor charge separate for set up/take down of tents)

Golf Cart rental/cart $ 50.0

(golf carts are off property and must be contracted and paid for prior to event)

Labor Charge $10.00 per hour

(charges include but are not limited to: watering/dragging arenas, change of arena footing, etc.)

All individuals/organizations must present a release of liability and

carry liability insurance naming the Kentucky Equestrian Center .

Any exceptions to pricing must have KEC Board approval (revised 07/2009)
