FACILITY RULES

                                            Rev: 11/2008

 

  • All exhibitors are subject to the Clark County Fire Marshall’s Regulations and all other applicable local, state and federal laws.

 

  • Vehicles may be parked only in designated area.  Vehicles may not be parked in front of any horse barn except to unload animals or supplies.  Vehicles may not be parked in any Fire Lane or in front of the waste containers.  Golf carts may be parked in approved areas between the barns.  Violators are subject to having their vehicle towed.

 

  • ATVs are not allowed on the property without special permission.  Excepted from this rule are working utility vehicles.

  • The hanging of any type of signage or display must be approved by the Kentucky Equestrian Center prior to its hanging.

  • Adhesive backed (stick-on) decals or advertisements may not be used without the approval of the Kentucky Equestrian Center.

  • No items may be stapled on any surface on the grounds except on the designated staple strip on the stall doors and/or the message board(s). 

  • No holes may be drilled on any building or structure.

  • Waste containers are provided and their use is encouraged.

 

  • No group or individual may sell any items on the property without the prior written approval of the Kentucky Equestrian Center and/or the Event Sponsor.

Dogs on the premises must be kept on a leash at all times
